UK Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days. Some of our garments are printed to order and may take slightly longer to deliver (maximum of 7 days).

First Class Standard


£2.95 per item. FREE first class postage for orders of three or more items.

Special Delivery (Next Day)

Special Delivery is charged at £6.45 and is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day before 1pm. A signature is required upon receipt.



Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm to guarantee same day despatch.


European Delivery Information

International Signed For


This is charged at £4.95 for the first item with a further 50p for each extra item on top of that up to a maximum of £7.45 and requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery times can vary but most parcels sent to Europe arrive within four working days of despatch and are available to be delivered to these countries:

Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU

Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.


General Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibillity for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than at your address.

Where is my Order?

We obtain receipt of all items posted. On occasion items maybe lost in transit. If this occurs, please use our Contact Us page, quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.


Returns

Cancelling An Order


If you want to cancel an order before it has been sent, please use our Contact Us Page to let us know.

If your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund minus postage.

Returning An Order For A Refund Or Exchange


You may return all or part of your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state and with all the tags still attached along with a note of your order number to:

If you would like to exchange for an alternative item(s), please use the Contact Us form to let us know what replacement item you would like. This will then be reserved for you and sent out when we receive the items you are returning.

We are happy to advise if you are not sure what alternatives are available, just get in touch!
If you would like a refund, please include a note stating this with the items and it will be processed when we receive your parcel.

We recommend when sending anything back to us that you get a certificate of postage. This is subject to the following conditions:

  • You are responsible for returning the item to us
  • You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty)
  • The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its original packaging
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery charges)

Faulty Goods


If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund (including delivery charges) as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
